  5. Questions posted.
    1. An Account is required if you wish to post questions or answer questions posted on our site. Please refer to Clause 4 for more information.
    2. You agree that you will be solely responsible for your questions posted on Our Site.
    3. You agree that you will be liable to Us and will, to the fullest extent permissible by law, indemnify Us for any breach of the warranties given by you under sub-Clause 6.2. You will be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by Us as a result of such breach.

    5. Questions are posted anonymously, and we do not and will not disclose any details of the user posting the question or answering the question. In addition to the content of the questions posted and the answers given, all users herewith give askamillion.com authority to use their age, sex, and location data to analyse, group, study and distribute this data for commercial and analytical purposes. Users also give permission for their questions and answers to be displayed in the media and other platforms. NO USER’S USERNAMES OR EMAIL ADDRESSES WILL BE DISCLOSED AT ANY TIME TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON UNLESS COMPELLED TO DO SO BY THE COURTS.
    6. Questions cannot be removed once posted, also the duration the question is active cannot be changed once the question is posted.
    7. We may reject, reclassify, or remove any questions from Our Site where their content, in Our sole opinion, violates Our Acceptable Usage Policy, or if We receive a complaint from a third party and determine that question should be removed as a result.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Other Users’ questions
    1. The content of any questions posted on Our Site are deemed not to have any copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting therein.
    2. You may copy and share other Users’ questions.
    3. The unwanted profanity will be replaced by special characters so users can see there was a word but the profanity is removed. Askamillion.com also reserves the right to remove questions that implies any form of affiliation with Us where none exists; or we deem these questions are excessively:
      1. sexually explicit;
      2. obscene, deliberately offensive, hateful or otherwise inflammatory;
      3. promoting violence;
      4. promoting or assisting in any form of unlawful activity;
      5. discriminating against, or are defamatory of, any person, group or class of persons, race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
      6. intending or otherwise likely to infringe (or threaten to infringe) another person’s right to privacy or otherwise uses their personal data in a way that you do not have a right to;
